A classic full bodied Brazilian coffee with tasting notes of Cherry, Hazelnut and Dark chocolate.

Elevation: 900-1500m

Harvest: May-September 2023.

Grown in the Mantiqueira de Minas region of Brazil, this coffee benefits from the unique terroir of the Serra de Mantiqueira mountain range. Unusually for Brazil, the cherries are hand-picked due to the region's steep slopes and processed on the same day to ensure optimal quality. After being pulped and patio-dried, the coffee rests in silos before being meticulously graded, cupped, and laser-sorted at Cocarive (the local exporter) facilities.

We roast on Tuesdays and Thursdays and dispatch the following day.

We have carefuuly selected our bags to be mono material LDPE 4 and they can be recycled. Local recycling services vary across the UK - for the best chance of success drop the used bags at a recycling point
