Your Right to Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers have the right to cancel online purchases within 14 days of receiving goods.

However, this right does not apply to perishable goods, including roasted coffee, which is liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Perishable Products

Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we do not accept returns of:

  • Roasted whole bean coffee
  • Ground coffee

unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs where possible

If confirmed, we will:

  • Replace the item at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a full refund

We will cover reasonable return shipping costs for faulty items.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before dispatch.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days of confirmation and returned to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.
