Your Host - Will Whiting
Will is the founder of Calm Coffee Roastery. He holds SCA Roasting Professional and Sensory Skills Professional certifications, completed under Morten Münchow of CoffeeMind, and is an evolved Q Grader.
Before founding CCR, he spent several years on the roasting team at Monmouth Coffee in Bermondsey - one of London’s most respected roasteries. He brings the same methodical, sensory-led approach to slot roasting sessions that he applies to his own production roasting every week.
