Where We Ship
We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
We also ship to limited countries in the EU - Ireland, France, Germany, Spain and The Netherlands.
Processing Time
Your order will normally be processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service. Delivery is normally made within 2-3 working days, including Saturday's. We pass this charge onto customers, or for some larger orders, do not charge for shipping.
- Regular orders - £3.55 charge
- Orders over £45 - no charge
- Subscriptions of 2 bags or more (to the UK) - no charge

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail's International Tracked service. Delivery is normally made within 6-10 working days. Orders are limited to 6x250g = 1.5kg coffee. Orders shipped with delivery duties unpaid. Orders may be subject to import VAT and handling fees upon delivery, to be paid by the customer.
