that mid afternoon pick me up with none of the jittery side effects. Can’t wait for my next order to arrive!

I love Calm’s Decaf options and drank these through pregnancy. It’s wonderful to have nice tasty decaf options. And then the joy of this bundle for the new arrival and I’m able to drink caffeine again! But with moderation for breastfeeding - a perfect pack of options, thank you!

The kit allowed me to manage my caffeine intake really well, tapering off with the innovative half caf later in the day so I can actually get some better sleep. A really great idea and it tastes great.

With our second daughter 8 weeks old I've been trying to get as much sleep as possible. We love our morning cup but didn't want the caffeine hit in the afternoon as it would make sleep even worse! This kit has been brilliant - brew the full caf in the morning, half caf early afternoon and then the decaf either in the evening as a wind down or for a second cup in the afternoon. The coffee tastes great, really get the fruit notes from the washed Colombian and my wife prefers a dark roast so loves the half caf and thinks my barista skills have improved significantly (I'll fess up it's the coffee soon enough!). Fully recommend to any new parents out there!
